In the second Global Recruiter’s Asia Pacific Industry Awards 2013 summit which recognizes leading recruitment companies throughout Australasia, held at Marina Bay Sands in GR AwardsSingapore on October 2nd and 3rd, RMG Selection was very proud to receive high accolade in 4 categories. Each category had a number of commended entrants, one highly commended entrant, and one overall winner:
  • In the category for Best in-house Training RMG Selection was highly commended for its work in providing it’s staff with “very high quality induction training, and on-going support” including a thorough training handbook, regular review meetings and twice weekly open office training.
  • In the category of Best Marketing Campaign RMG Selection was highly commended for it’s work with local and international media, including many TV, radio and print articles about relevant HR and recruitment issues. RMG’s bi-annual survey “TFS was particularly impressive”.
  • Overall in the category of Best Small Recruitment Business RMG Selection was highly commended.
  • However the jewel in the crown of the evening’s proceedings was the winning of the award of Best Recruitment Consultant 2013 by RMG’s Lilly Cao Di, a Senior Consultant, which reflected her years of experience, great client references and focus on client satisfaction, superb performance in fee-generation, and overall contribution to the team.
