停摆了1年多后,A股IPO于2014年1月重启,这加速了各种公司上市的步伐。根据CVSource投中数据终端显示,2014年1月,共有55家中国企业在全球资本市场完成IPO,合计募集资金490亿元,其中有43家中国企业在A股完成上市。还有更多的企业已经备齐了材料在等待证监会的批文。 在这股热潮中,比起那些分析机构、投资人、股评家的分析,相信在企业上市这个问题上,“与我有什么关系”才是公司人更关心的。

医药行业:加薪放缓 医药行业的薪酬涨幅已经开始从大幅上升逐步趋于平稳,最近几年都不会再有大幅的增长出现。 顾问支持:曹迪 罗迈国际 合伙人 在北京一家大型外资制药企业担任财务部副总监的田锐5年来的工资已经实现了翻番。当然在过去5年中他每年的职位都有所晋升。2013年,他的年薪是54万元,年终福利为10.9万元,全年福利为13.3万元。 这一年,他所在的公司提供的福利包括培训、灵活工作时间、商业保险、带薪假期和住房补贴,他对此感到满意。 李晶在北京某外资医疗器械公司从事人力资源的工作。这一年,她的年薪为20万元,年终福利1.5万元,全年福利4.6万元。 在李晶的福利中,包括每月1000元的车补,这让她觉得自己的出行更为便利,提升了工作状态。此外,她所在的公司还有每月500元的电话补贴,300元补充医疗保险,以及价值2万元的年度旅行福利。 虽然今年她的年终奖并没有太多,但是明年会有一些调整,大概翻一倍左右。 这一年,田锐所在部门以及公司的调薪幅度都在9%至10%,他预计自己2014年的调薪幅度可以达到10%。而李晶所在的部门作为支持性部门,调薪幅度大约是6%,公司的调薪比例则为9%。

Come and read the article written by Robert Parkinson on CEC Online to solve your career problems now! 薪水一直都是职场上热议的话题,尤其是到了新春佳节之际,家里人聚会除了聊一些家长里短之外,聊聊工作和薪金也是常有的事情。尽管近年来人们一直到讨论到底是什么因素导致了人们跳槽的想法,但是答案一直都是五花八门,薪水,升职空间,直线经理风格,公司管理等因素让职场专家们好一通分析。当然,我不得不承认这些确实都是很重要的影响因素。根据罗迈国际RMG《中国人才流动调查报告TFS2》,在影响人们跳槽的因素中,薪水以69%的比例在九个跳槽因素中位居第一名。正逢春节后的跳槽高峰期,相信很多人都在酝酿着寻找能给出更高薪水的东家。但是,高薪跳槽真的像大家想象中那么美好吗?福兮祸所依,被金钱蒙蔽双眼而选择错误的前程可不是什么值得庆贺的事。 职场上近三分之二都选择向“钱”看齐,这其实和职业的定义有着很大的关联。在英语维基百科中输入“Occupation”之后出现的定义其实很有意思,不知在大家的脑海中“职业”到底意味着什么?根据维基的定义,职业是指为了收入而占用一个人时间的一种常规活动。在这一层面上,职场上的为钱跳槽也就不难理解了。此外,从马斯洛需求原理出发,每个职场人都是从有足够的薪资能满足基本生理需求开始,到努力工作换来更高的报酬以满足自己的物质需求,进而上升到薪资饱和后的自我实现阶段。人们的工作大部分是从18到24岁开始,直到55岁左右结束。介于这个年龄段的人们往往都处于需要更高薪资报酬的阶段。但不是每一个都能够如愿以偿,一步步获得更高的薪资报酬。但是如果你真的不一小心被天上掉下来的馅儿饼砸到了,可不要马上被喜悦冲昏头脑。任何事物都有其存在的原因,尤其在这个越来越透明的就业市场中,天上掉馅儿饼的事情基本没有可能发生。当你接到一个50%以上薪酬涨幅的offer时,你是不是清楚地知道为什么你可以得到这个涨幅呢?换句话说,为什么这个职位可以给出这个薪水、这个涨幅呢?如果你还没有想清楚就冒然的接了offer,恐怕日后你会遇到不少问题!下面我就和大家分享一些看似很美的高薪跳槽背后的故事。   高薪跳槽背后故事之—工作时间 假设你是一个年薪10万的职业经理人,现在分别接到了年薪15万,20万和30万的offer,你会做出怎样的选择呢?如果你选择了年薪15万,你在看待职场之道方面是比较理智的。如果你选择了年薪20万,也许你喜欢接受工作上的挑战和刺激。但是如果你选择了30万,我不禁要担心你是否真的只看重钱而忽略了你的工作时间成本!针对选择超过市场水平薪资涨幅水平的职场人们,如果你现在工作是朝九晚五,偶尔加班,每年享受15天年假,那么我建议你为30万年薪做好心理准备。举个IT行业的例子,虽然IT行业的各类工程师和顾问们经常与加班为伴,但是一些大型外资IT咨询公司中有一些是没有加班费用的。对于只看钱不看项目的IT工程师来说,为了高底薪跳去这些大公司只会忙得晕头转向而已。我们用算式来简单计算一下薪资和工作时间,你就会清楚了解到你的工作时间成本了。假如你现在年薪是10万,每周工作40小时,一年52周,你的工作时间成本为年薪除每年工作小时数,每小时约48.08元。现在你选择了年薪30万,那你的涨幅则为200%,相应的每周工作时间则为60小时左右,你的工作成本则在96.15元每小时。当然,这高薪背后的值与不值,还是要自己掂量。 […]
