Education Today – Job Hunting Season Comes!

  Now the job-hunting-season is around the corner. A number of enterprises have started campus recruitment. The latest Recruitment Insider Survey by RMG selection shows that: Campus recruitment accounts for more than 20 percent of the whole year’s recruitment in nearly half of companies. Only 6 percent of firms do not have a campus recruitment plan. 8.2 percent of companies did not hire new talents in first quarter. State-owned enterprises rank as the top talent-in-need companies, and almost all of them introduced new talents in the first quarter.   Attracting and keeping personnel is becoming an increasing problem for European businesses in China As European small and medium-sized enterprises in China try to find a steady footing on the shifting sands of the country’s economy, one thing that is keeping them off balance is staffing.
