1. To coordinate with the distributor and provide supporting services to the distributor to help the distributor achieve the Regional/Districts/Areas Sales targets;
2. To provide assistance in managing and developing the field sales and distributor team
3. To provide assistance and participate in supporting activities in field sales activities in assigned districts/areas in order to reinforce the leading market position of LMA
4. To support and provide assistance to distributor sales force for sales activities.
5. Work closely with BU Director to ensure the execution of business and marketing activities
6. Monitor and analyze competition and market development trend, gather market intelligence and provide direct Manager, Marketing Products team with timely information on competitors and customers.
7. Responsible for the management of staff including selection, goal setting, feedback and coaching, performance management and development planning
Bachelor degree in Medical related field and/or Business administration
At least 5 years working experience in the healthcare environment, among it 3 years experience in leading distributor team and a sales team.
