1. Make work plan every week and submit promptly per direct mgr’s request. Maintain existing
customer relation and develop new channels to achieve designated target.

2. Assist Regional Sales Mgr to develop and implement sales and business development plan for the region, supporting bidding and other marketing activities.
根据所掌握的信息协助大区销售经理制定并执行所负责区域的销售及业务发展计划,支持招投标和其它市场活动
3. Work closely with distributors for marketing development and marketing strategy to align with company business plan. Guide and monitor distributors’ business involvement and stimulate distributors’ initiatives and commitment.
根据公司的要求及策略,把握代理商市场开发的节奏及方向,能主动引导代理商的工作

4. Responsible for basic product training and distributor evaluation. Effectively maintain distributor price system within sales region.
为代理商提供基础产品知识培训并对代理商业务进行评估,有效的维护自己区域内代理商的价格体系
5. Responsible for regional market management, including establish, collect and update customer information, source marketing intelligence of competitors and timely report market dynamics.
管理负责区域的市场情况,建立、搜集并及时更新客户资料,积极有效的收集竞争对手的相关信息并及时汇报市场动态
6. Cooperate with marketing department to carry out MKT activities.
配合市场部开展各类市场推广活动

职位要求
1. At least 5 years' working experience in healthcare environment. Experience in anesthesia field is an asset. 五以上医疗领域工作经验,尤其在麻醉领域者优先
2. Experience in distributor management and team management is strongly preferred
具有代理商和团队管理经验者优先
3. Be honest and responsible to work, self-restraint and independent. Be able to analyze and solve problems诚实、守信、有责任心,能自我约束并独立思考问题,有一定分析解决问题的能力
