工作职责:
Duties and responsibilities

1. The primary objective is: to insure that goods shipping and purchase documentation and general record keeping are completed to a high order of accuracy and in a timely fashion. With a high active communication and cooperation with team colleagues and with colleagues in other departments to bring about continual improvement in working procedures and methods leading to optimum efficiency and customer satisfaction;
2. Follow up general procurement and order processing;
3. Communication with customers regarding logistics orders;
4. Maintaining customer and supplier database;
5. Supporting and coordinate special requests between customers and sales team;

Qualifications

1. Junior college degree or above, mastering in English and International Trade preferred;
2. Minimum 3 years experience in logistics administrator fields;
3. Proficiency in MS office and computer knowledge (Excel, Words, PowerPoint, Emails etc.);
4. Good spoken and written English;
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
