Role Description:

1. Control shipping and warehousing costs to comply with corporate goals;

2. Responsible for import and export shipments, and customer service;

3. Management of logistics suppliers to deliver the goods to the target customers, and improve service levels;

4. To ensure the daily operations smooth and effective;

5. Provide real-time management and operating reports, and keep accurate data of computer systems and manual operation systems;

6. Maintain physical inventory accurate up to 100%;
保持库存100%精确
7. Arrange, organize and mobilize the team to fully implement of the task the objectives requirements;

9. To comply with the laws, regulations and other requirements in environment and occupational health, in order to achieve the goals and targets.

10. To maintain a healthy & safe work environment by recognizing and managing environmental hazard in the work place.

1. Bachelor education and major in Management.
本科以上学历，管理专业
2. Have received training in project management, production and operations management.
有项目管理，生产与运作管理的培训经历。
3. At least 8 years' experience of warehousing and logistics management , foreign-invested enterprises experience is preferred.
8年以上仓储与物流管理经验，有外资企业工作经验者优先。
4. Be familiar with the business processes of logistics management, be enough of process management skills;
熟悉物流管理业务流程，具备程序管理技能

5. Skillfully use computers and office software;
熟练使用计算机及办公软件
6. Skilled in written and spoken English.
熟练的英语口语和书面表达能力
7. Good communication skills;
良好的沟通能力
8. The ability of planning, organization, coordination and teamwork spirit;
