SUMMARY OF POSITION 岗位职能概述:

 

To manage the Franchise or MPG(main product group) products. Develop and implement key marketing plan and work closely with sales team to achieve the assigned product sales target and profit target.

管理所负责的授权经营或主要产品集团的产品。制定及执行市场推广计划并与销售部门合作共同完 成所负责产品的销售及利润指标。

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 职责:

 

Develop product strategy/marketing plan 制定产品战略/市场计划:

 

-   Develop clear product strategy/marketing plan to drive profitable growth through

product/clinical education penetration. 制定明确的产品战略/市场计划,通过产品以及临床教育 的渗透推动利润增长。

-   Develop new product launch plan, innovations and clinical education program plan. 制定新产品
的推广计划、创新计划以及临床教育计划。

-   Conduct marketing intelligence, competitive assessment and voice of customers. 进行市场情报
收集及分析,进行竞争性评估,深入了解客户需求。

-   Propose product importation, launch, positioning, market segmentation, pricing and promotion
plans. 提出产品的引进、推出、定位、市场细分、定价和促销计划。

-   Align product/marketing plan with sales force. 影响销售队伍使其对产品/市场计划达成一致看
法。

 

Execute product/marketing plan 执行产品/市场计划:

-   Implement the clinical education program plan, seminars and coordinate with dental expert for
new technology and new product test, writing thesis and clinical research projects etc. 实施临
床教育项目计划和开办研讨会,与牙科专家就新科技和新产品测试进行协调,撰写临床研究项
目报告等。

-   Responsible for product leaflet & Catalog design, printing and sample application. 负责产品宣
传册、产品目录的设计、印刷和样品申请。

-   Organize and coordinate dental industry promotion activity, including product launch and

exhibitions etc. 组织协调牙科行业的推广活动,包括产品的推出和展会等。

-   Build up rapport with local dental expert, key customers and relevant government parties. 与当
地的牙科专家,主要客户以及相关的政府人员建立良好关系。

-   Produce monthly product/marketing activity report. 撰写每月的产品/市场活动报告。

 

Field sales support & operations 支持一线销售和运营:

-   Provide product KEY selling points as per Dentsply product feature and benefits to sales team
and assist sales force develop customized and effective marketing strategy in their assigned
territory. 根据登士柏产品的特性以及优势向销售团队提供产品关键卖点,帮助销售队伍在他们
的指定区域里定制适合其区域的个性化营销战略。

-   Interact with Asia regional marketing team, Franchise and overseas manufacturers for product
communication and coordination. Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Sales, Logistics,
Customer Service and Finance team for product communications. 与亚洲区域的市场团队、总
部的授权经营团队及国外制造商就产品进行沟通协调。与法规事务部门、销售、物流、客服以
及财务团队联络及互动。

-   Actively participate quarterly review meeting and annual budget process. 积极参与季度会议以
及每年的预算制定。

Communicate with sales, operation, GM, RA, SC and manufacturers in time to decide the criteria
of renewal of registration certificate as well as arrangement of order and inventory. 与销售、运
营、注册、供应链的同事、总经理以及制造商及时沟通来决定注册证更新标准,以及沟通订单和库
存的安排。

 

KNOWLEDGE , SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 知识、技能及经验要求:

 

Education 教育背景

-   Bachelor degree, stomatology major is preferred; MBA is preferred. 本科学历,口腔医学专业优
先考虑;MBA 学历优先考虑。

 

Experience 工作经验

-   Minimum 5 years sales and marketing experience in medical device or pharmaceutical or

relevant industry, dental products experience preferred. 五年以上医疗设备相关行业销售和市场 工作经验,有牙科产品经验的优先考虑。

 

Specific Knowledge /skills 具体专业技能

-   Finance Knowledge & Marketing Knowledge 具备一定的金融、市场知识。

-   Communication Skill & Logical Thinking 具备良好的沟通能力以及逻辑思考能力。

-   Analytical skills and strong business acumen 拥有较强的分析技巧和商业敏感性。

-   Branding and project management knowledge 具备品牌及项目管理知识。
-   Demonstrated ability in new product launch 出众的新产品推广能力。
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office 熟练应用office办公软件。

-   Middle level proficiency in English Speaking, listening, reading and writing 具备良好的英语听说
读写能力。

-   Frequent travel required 能够接受经常性的出差。
