Detailed Job Descriptions:

• Coordinate and Conduct Training
Ø Plan & implement training programs for Urology Sales Representative, Agents, Distributors, Management, support functions.
- Coordinate schedules
- Plan & implement course content
- Train preceptors regarding expectations and evaluate their effectiveness
- Follow-up with new Sales Representatives periodically throughout the first year and as needed thereafter
- Work in the field with Sales Representatives as requested by Regional Managers.
Ø Evaluate, plan, and conduct periodic training (remedial, update, new) for Sales Representatives as requested or determined necessary.
Ø Coordinate, plan, and implement product training program for Customer Service and Sales Support.
- Overall product training for new Customer Service and Sales Support representatives
- Regular product updates for all Customer Service and Sales Support representatives
Ø Develop and provide training programs for global distributors as requested by SBU Sales & Marketing Managers.
Ø Coordinate training efforts with CMI and/or other Cook SBUs.

• Clinical and Technical Resource
Ø Serve as clinical and technical resource for Sales Representatives, and support functions.
Ø Develop Self-Paced Study media and update as needed.
Ø Assist in the development of educational materials for both customers and representatives/distributors.
Ø Coordinate & implement physician training and continuing education programs.
Ø Screen & edit medical journal summaries for distribution to Sales & Marketing personnel.
Ø Collect and dispatch relevant market information.

• Support Sales and Development
Ø Assist Product Development and Marketing in the evaluation of products and technology (new or existing).
Ø Attend major urology -related meetings/conferences throughout the year.
Ø Assist Sales/Regional Managers with meeting coverage as needed.

• Support and develop Reference Centre network
Ø Assist Sales Representative and Sales/Regional Managers with identifying Reference Centres.
Ø Coordinate clinical evaluations, peer training, market research and new product launch through Reference Centres network.
Ø Support Reference Centres KOL relationship.
Ø Optimise Reference Centre network towards new product ideas collection.

Qualification / Experience/ Skills Required:
1. College Degree or above with Medical background had better, more than two years of Medical Device or pharmaceutical sales or management sale experience;
2. Good communication skills due to high-level interaction with key customer.
3. Language Skills - good written and verbal command of English and a minimum of two other relevant languages.
4. Good communication and inter-personal skills.
5. Excellent numeric skills.
6. Good working knowledge of Microsoft® Office.
7. Proven problem-solving skills.
8. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work to deadlines
9. High self-motivation.
