Role Profile - Sales Executive – China
Description & Key duties:
- Based in Nanjing
- Responsible for Sales and support the activities of distributors in Nanjing
- Responsible for locating distributor/s that will manage the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market (Distributors of the Implants and prosthetic Dental market, or distributors in other dental market).
- Supporting the assigned distributors in every aspect (Mainly sales training, clients, marketing).
- Finding new clinics, contacting doctors, working together with sales team of distributor in order to expand and increase sales.
- Provide quality and innovative solutions to the distributor and support and help with offers, negotiation and closure.
- Organizing lectures, hands-on workshops and training activities for doctors in responsible region.
- Working under aggressive sales goals
Required experience and skills:
Professional experience:
- Minimum of 3 years' sales experience in the field of /Medical instruments/Orthopedics/medical equipment, etc, Dental implant solution –an advantage
- Proven experience with Distributors searching, recruiting and supporting.
- Proven experience in the international / global --an advantage
- Education: Bachalor degree in medical background. Major in Dental – an advantage
- Chinese-mother tongue.
- English level: ability to read and write
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Strong presentation skills
- Contract/commercial negotiation experience
- Proven experience in understanding market needs.
Personal capabilities:
- Ability to work closely with assigned distributors, lead and motivate them.
- Sales-driven and the ability to present solutions to doctors
- Team spirit but able to work independently.
- Capable of performing with a small staff and shared resources.
