Role Profile - Sales Executive – China

Description & Key duties:

  1. Based in Nanjing
  2. Responsible for Sales and support the activities of distributors in Nanjing
  3. Responsible for locating distributor/s that will manage the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market (Distributors of the Implants and prosthetic Dental market, or distributors in other dental market).
  4. Supporting the assigned distributors in every aspect (Mainly sales training, clients, marketing).
  5. Finding new clinics, contacting doctors, working together with sales team of distributor in order to expand and increase sales.
  6. Provide quality and innovative solutions to the distributor and support and help with offers, negotiation and closure.
  7. Organizing lectures, hands-on workshops and training activities for doctors in responsible region.
  8. Working under aggressive sales goals

Required experience and skills:

Professional experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years' sales experience in the field of /Medical instruments/Orthopedics/medical equipment, etc, Dental implant solution –an advantage
  • Proven experience with Distributors searching, recruiting and supporting.
  • Proven experience in the international / global --an advantage
  • Education: Bachalor degree in medical background. Major in Dental – an advantage
  • Chinese-mother tongue.
  • English level: ability to read and write
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Contract/commercial negotiation experience
  • Proven experience in understanding market needs.

  • Ability to work closely with assigned distributors, lead and motivate them.
  • Sales-driven and the ability to present solutions to doctors
  • Team spirit but able to work independently.
  • Capable of performing with a small staff and shared resources.
