1. Support NSM to plan kay account strategy.
2. Involve different function recourse to provide kay account penetration program
(including the sales target, profile management in kay account, new product launch in kay account, quarterly promotion plan, dentists, nurse, assistant, promotor training/education plan, patient education plan, etc), and successfully sell Straumann product to the accounts
3. Communicate and work with RSM/territory sales leader/Sales Rep and ensure program excellent execution to key account brunch office.
4. Communicate with different function and manage the logistic issues
5. Manage the budgets

Candidate Qualification

-Bachelor degree or above
-5 years Dental Industry experience and 3 years key account experience
-Good at planning, conflict management and good marketing sense.
-Strong communication skill
-Strong negotiation skill.
-strong interpersonal skills
-strong business acumen
-integrity and trust
