As Asia’s economy matures it is said, particularly of mainland China, that the economies must become more service driven. However such a change in mindset is not necessarily that easy, and anyone who has travelled in the Chinese speaking regions of Asia must realise that levels and attitudes in any service environment (be this buying/selling fast food or fast cars) vary enormously.

In an attempt to understand the situation as it is, RMG Selection and T1 Technology areconducting a very simple survey where we ask you for words to describe yourfeelings about service levels in different regions. Once completed, we willtake the top words for each region and ask for further feedback to come up witha definitive and insightful report on what can be expected where in terms of “service”.
