Role Profile -技术服务经理（体外诊断）

 

DESCRIPTION:

1. Implement and improve the current policies and procedures about after sales service, technical support and repair workshop.

1 Implement corporate technical service procedures and protocols.
2. Responsible for management of after sales market maintenance and development.
3. Coordinate effectively with all related departments and provide solutions to quality issues.
4. Improve service networks, responsible for the daily work for the after sales service employees including performance management and other efficiency reports. Handle emergent incidents properly.
5. Establish a complete and comprehensive data base for all of our clients and follow up with after sales related information.
6. Provide technical support for presentation, onsite installation and bidding.
7. Setup an effective budget, expense and control system in the after sales service department.
8. Have a complete understanding and knowledge of related products and functions, also be service oriented.
9. Follow up closely with the market trends and provide the management with prompt feedback on the related trends and changes.
10. Provide technical and product related training to the team.
11. Effectively control cost and P&L mentality
12. Accomplish other related assignments.

13 -Candidate MUST have experience working in a regulated healthcare environment min 3 years.

 

Qualifications/Requirements/Skills

1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical and electrical engineering or the related fields.
   2. At least 8 years of nationwide after-sales service experience in fuel dispenser industry with at least 4 years of experience at supervisor position.
2. Experience in managing cross nation home based team of people as well as office based team of not less 10 people.
   3. Fluent in both spoken and written English.
   4. Excellent customer complaint handling skills and problem-solving skills.
   5. Able to handle tough situations, able to travel nationwide and have teamwork spirits.
   6. Good at communication and interpersonal skills.
   7. Proficient in MS word and excel. And SAP preferred.
