Role Description:

1. Set up standard and effective financial management system;
2. Optimization the company’s financial resources and financial position;
3. Assist the company’s daily operations and strategy succeed.
4. Prepares month end manufacturing variance reports.
5. Prepares and reviews various daily operating metrics to monitor business performance.
6. Analyzes and reviews bills of material to ensure accurate product costing.
7. Prepares actual versus budget analysis, manufacturing profit variance analysis, and actual to standard cost comparisons.

Person Description:

1)University degree in Finance or Accounting

2)At least 8 years of related working experience in accounting, Taxation, Treasury. Working experience in a share service organization would be considered favorably.

3)Proficient in PC software packages, familiar with QAD (MFG/Pro) or other ERP system

4)Good communication skills in both English and Chinese, CET-6.

5)CPA, ACCA qualification is preferred.
