Role Description:

Evaluation and monitoring for KPI in Operation.

Functional leading and coordinating for the Production Quality Engineers.

Driving and monitoring the deviation permit process under PQM leading.

Liaison with operation management to develop, introduce and monitor the Production Quality Management (PQM) process, to audit/review and maintain all kinds of processes relevant to production quality.

Management of all ship and production holds initiated by PQM.

Leadership in “Manufacturing Quality” to support NPI in Operation.

Interface to all related Quality Function in the organization.

Coordinator Within Operation for External and Internal Audit from Audit Plan to Finding Close Out

Lead Operation Continuous Improvement Projects

Person Description:

Language: Good English

Bachelor Degree

Certificate of Internal Auditor

10 years' working experience in Automotive manufacture company.

Experience as Qualified Leader of internal auditor

Knowledge of quality standards

Familiar with quality reporting

Good communication & interpersonal skills
