Detailed Job Descriptions:

1. Build and strengthen good relationship with provincial tendering authorities and other related authorities.
2. Intelligence on the tendering policy from different layer and stakeholder
3. Follow, analyze tendering policies and guide /train tender team and SBU to comply
4. Coordinate company products local market access:
5. Support on new billing code application and extra charging device supplement in provincial billing catalog and try to shape the package price setting
6. Follow provincial medical device pricing policy and corporate with Fin. and sales to prepare for medical device pricing sheet for every product (model)and record to targeted provincial pricing dept.

Qualification / Experience/ Skills Required:

1. At least 3-5 years experience on drug or medical device Tendering
2. Good at English both in writing and oral
3. Policy analysis
4. Good communication and lobby skills
5. Good customer management skills
